Saint Petersburg lap of the international regatta of the training sailboats ‘ The tall Ships’ Races Baltic - 2009’ will take place between July 11 and 14.
The prime-minister of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin has become the honorary patron of the Saint Petersburg lap. Several representatives from the federal state will be present at the gala award ceremony. The ceremony will take place on July 12, at the spit of the Vasilievsky Island from 16.00 till 18.00, straight after the crew parade.
In order to receive accreditation to work on the press-zone, one must contact the press-center of the regatta until 11 p.m. on July 10, 2009. The e-mail address:

The following information is required:
- a request for accreditation, including the name of the media and contact numbers;
- full Name and Surname, passport details;
- a digital photo (jpg. format)
On July 11, from 9 a.m. till 7 p.m. it will be possible to receive accreditation badges at the press-center of the regatta. The address is Lieutenant Smidt embankment 15/1, ground floor and to the left (this is a building of a public school N27)
Those journalists who received accreditation for ‘TSR-2009’ can use the working spaces in the press-center, visit watercraft and make use of the ‘press boats’. This accreditation will also allow journalists to receive information and visual material about the regatta, which will be distributed by the press-center.
