"Aglaia" is a modern version of a Norwegians Search and Rescue vessel built by Colin Archer in 1892. She has extraordinary sailing characteristics and is easy to handle. She is runned by an Austrian non-profit organisation. She has an international crew aboard and still bunks free. "Aglaia" won already several Prices on Tall Ships’ Races.

Come on Board! Take an active part on the "Aglaia" together with more than 100 different Tall Ships from about 15 nations and about 3000 young people at the TALL SHIPS RACE 2009!

More than 50% of the participants are from 16 to 25 years old. The TSR is a combination of traditional sailing races and party in the harbours of the race. Beside the exciting race days the focus is on the fantastic feeling of traditional sailing (Sailing experience is not necessary!).
