4,7 million people is the fourth most populated city in Europe. It’s located on 42 islands and crossed by picturesque rivers and canals. More than 300 artistically decorated bridges connect various territories separated by waterways into one city.
Convenient mooring in Neva mouth in historic center of the city gives a chance for participants of the regatta to see brilliant architecture of Saint-Petersburg with their own eyes. Participants of the regatta who will visit our city will meet not only unique potential of Saint-Petersburg, but new friends as well.
In 1996 Saint-Petersburg successfully received international tall ships races from 20 countries. During four days more than 1,5 million citizens and tourists visited the vessels.
